Overview
This is an exciting opportunity where your tactical and strategic input will be instrumental in the management, direction and success of the International sales team. As such we require an experienced, account manager with a broad range of sales and marketing skills gained within an online media business or media agency. You will have a track record of handling of International clients in expanding dynamic environments. It is essential that you have worked as part of an International team having developed clear strategies and processes that helped shape and monitor company performance. The team currently consists of 6 people working in sales, account management & planning
Role
With a growing international reputation within the Industry the International Team is looking to capitalise on increased demand and growth opportunities through the appointment of an International Account Manager to ensure the quality of our deliveries and in turn satisfied clients. Reporting to the International MD you will be responsible for:
- Being the main point of contact for the International clients
- Working together with the planner to develop overall strategy
- Managing the day-to-day contact with our International clients
- Creating proposals and tactical plans for the clients
- Managing the delivery of the ongoing campaigns
- Reporting results during and after the campaigns have ended
- Over viewing and ensuring consistency and quality on all campaigns
- Ensuring that media spending is in line with budget
- Delivery of top and bottom line growth through more bizz and up sale on existing clients
Key Skills & Attributes:
- Good commercial and internet understanding
- Strong willingness to develop new skills in media sales & planning and account management
- Strong organizational skills and ability to think outside the box
- Good skills with computers – especially MS office
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Impeccably spoken and written English
